                   Robert was missing for approximately six weeks before being found.  Death appeared to accidental gunshot as he was traveling on horseback between the ranch at Joe's Valley and the house in Castle Dale built by Sam Aiken. Robert carried a rifle with him,  this took place durin;g the winter months which contributed to the length of time it took to find him.  Personal knowledge of brother and sisters.
