Member of the PA Assembly (Colonial Legislature) 1715, 1716, 1728, and 1730; on Marlborough twp, Chester Co, PA taxables list in 1717.

Will dated 1 Apr 1745 in East Marlborough twp, Chester Co, PA; probated 30 Dec 1745; died at 78.

Was either not a Quaker or was of the faith
