Obituary, Salt Lake Tribune, July 24, 1969:  Logan - Ada R. Nelson Campbell, 75, 390 East 3rd South, died at a Salt Lake hospital July 22, 1969 of natural causes.
       Born March 17, 1894, Richmond, Cache County, a daughter of John and Hilda Erickson Robinson.  Married Dr. Swen E. Nelson, Preston, Idaho.  He died in 1945.  Married Alma R Campbell, in 1958, Salt Lake Temple.  Lived in Logan for the past 11 years.  Retail busness operator in Preston for a number of years; house mother at USU; temple worker.
       Survivors:  husband, Logan; daughter, Mrs. Eva R. Merrill, Preston, Idaho; sons, Jack D. Nelson, Portland, Oregon; Spencer E.
