MRS. HARGADINE PEORIA DIETITIAN, DIES AT AGE 72
Mrs. Sarah May Hargadine, 72, of 603 Voris St., wife of the late John C. Hargadine, died at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday at her home.  She had lived in Peoria 22 years.
Born at Alta, Dec. 17, 1886, she was a daughter of Phoenix and Margaret Goldsborgh Grundy.  She was married here Jan. 11, 1908 to Mr. Hargadine, who died in Peoria Jan. 27, 1934.  She was a member of Prospect Presbyterian Church at Dunlap and until last March was employed for several years as dietitian at the Peoria Municipal Tuberculosis Sanitarium.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Margaret Ruse and Miss Ethel Hargadine of Wyoming, Ill., Mrs. Lucile Streitmatter of Edelstein and Mrs. Elma Langloss of Henry; three sisters, Mrs. Eleanor Staples of Princeville, Mrs. Rebecca Sammis and Mrs. Luella Brouwers of Peoria:  six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  A brother died earlier.
Memorial Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at the Wilton Mortuary, 2101 N. Knoxville Ave., by the Rev. E. L. Fernandes of Arcadia Avenue Presbyterian Church.  Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p. m. Thursday at the mortuary.  Interment will be in Prospect Cemetery at Dunlap.
