SERVICE AT VILLISCA FOR MRS. VAN ALSTINE
       Mrs. Nellie VanAlstine, died Thursday at Murphy Memorial Hospital in Read Oak.  She had been in poor health for several months.  She formerly lived in the Guss Community for many years.  Memorial services were to be held Feb 6 at Wolfes Funeral Home in Villisca.  Survivors are her daughter, Mrs. Faye Milligan, Mrs. Velda Cooney of Villisca and Mrs. Ferne Eggleston of Portland, and a son Roe of Camas, Wash.  Her husband Tom died several years ago and a son Glen preceded her in death.  She has several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  Final rites were at the Prairie Rose Cemetery near Iveyville.
