                   Information from her daughter, Carmelita Weston.

867 N. Lamb #171, Las Vegas, Nevada  89110. Phone 702-438-5221. Discrepancy on
birth date. Her death certificate with George Tison, surviving spouse, giving
the information says she was born on 11-6-1900.  Her delayed certificate
of birth, dated 4-19-66 gives her date of birth as 11-8-1900.  Carma signed
that certificate saying it was correct.  She gave the county as Pottawattamie
instead of Harrison. Harrison was the original county.  Her death certificate
says she was born in Utah, her birth certificate says she was born in Modale,
Iowa. Copies of both certificates are in the files of Norma Pugmire, sent
by Carmelita Weston. Carmelita confirmed that her mother was born in Modale.
