Clifton came to Montgomery County, Iowa in September 1875. In 1878 they moved to Clark County, Nebraska. In 1881 they moved to Harrison County in Taylor Township. Member of the Christian Church. I don't know which is correct or maybe he married twice. DEATH: He was informant for his grandmother's death 2/10/09 in Modale, Harrison Co., OH. His address is difficult to read but looks like MonHarrison? Could be Harrison Co. also. (CCL) Source-Death: Handwritten note in Hazel's Album says March 19, 1909. She was married to Mr. Linke first who died. They had three children, a son who lived in Amarillo, Texas and I think had two or three children. The second child was another son named Jim Linke who lived in Seattle and was married to Ann. They did not have any children. Their third child was a daughter named Ramona. She had several children and lived in Seattle also.
