    According to Era Davis' Book: Descendants of David Garvin and Elizabeth of Dunbarton, Scotland, and Londonderry, Ireland; Margaret Moore descended from Richard DeClare through his son Gilbert DeClare, both signers of the Magna Carta with was signed in 1215 by King John at Runnymead.  This makes her descendants eligible for membership in the Magna Carta Dames.  One Mrs. T.C. Rouse of Owensboro, Kentucky has successfuly joined through the Garvin line.
