M653-1039):  Census lists 5 children (including Bridget Delia
Welsh), all living with Simon and Margaret Welsh in Akron,
Ohio.
Ref: Kate Belle Bohe family notes:  Bridget came to America in
1858 (where is Ref?).  "Simon Welsh a brother (of) Bridget
Welsh had a daughter who married a German named Roninsky."

Most likely that Bridget was the baby of the family, and her
brother Simon brought her, as a young girl, to America, along
with his own family.
