Paul Moyer BRYAN

                   Paul Bryan lived in Pocatello, ID.
"Paul Bryan was vice president of the Guaranty Federal Savings and Loan
association and for many years was a deputy clerk of the U.S. district court
for the Pocatello district.  ... [He was] a director of the Chamber of
Commerce, and since the organization of the American Legion he has been one of
its most active members, having served as a member of its board of directors
and as chairman of many of its most important committees.  Mr. Bryan was also a
member of Pocatello city selective service board No. 2 and had devoted much
time and hard work to this important group.  Mayor C.D. Moore recently
appointed him a member of the advisory board to the city planning committee
which holds its organization meeting tonight.  He was active in politics and as
frequently mentioned as a Republican candidate for mayor. ... He was a man
widely respected and often consulted on account of his sound views on business
and community matters.  Since early manhood he has volunteered his services for
any project which was organized for the building and welfare of Pocatello.
"He married Pauline Evans in Pocatello in July, 1918.  His survivors include
his widow, three daughters Virginia Jo, De Ette Marie and Paula Amelia, all of
Pocatello, and three brothers, Carl A. of Chicago, Major Harry R., who is in
the military service and was last stationed in Camp Roberts, California, and
Donald N. of Salt Lake City."
