IMMIGRATION: Immigrated to America in 1889

RESEARCH NOTE:  Family records have listed two additional children of Emma and Frederick, Florence Oskar Andersen and Lambrose Andersen.  Family records suggest these two were born in Logan, UT, while it is assumed that Emma and Thea immigrated without Frederick, who was not married to Emma.  Emma had a daughter Florence by her husband Niels Wilhelm Nielsen, although no mention of Lambrose is ever made.  It is likely that these children do not exist, although if they do, they are not children of Frederick Oshen Andersen, or they were not born in Logan.  The 1900 census shows no evidence of their existence, and actually falsely lists the number of children born to Emma as 3, instead of 4 (Emma may have understood the question to mean how many children were in the household, as Thea is living in Salt Lake as a servant in 1900).  No evidence of their existence is found in Utah death certificates or in any major repositories.  They have been removed from the family group sheet, and no ordinances have been submitted for them.  Further research may be necessary.
