BOGGS TOWNSHIP RESIDENT DIES - William Wisor died at his home in Boggs township, near Bethlehem school house, last evening at 9:30 o'clock, aged 42 years, 3 months and 18 days.  The deceased, who was a son of the late John and Martha Hummel Wisor, was born near Salem, in Bradford township, November 11th 1877.  He had been a resident of Boggs township for a number of years.  He was an honest, industrious man, enjoying the respect and esteem of his neighbors.  Some two weeks ago he was taken down with influenza and later broncial pneumonia developing caused his death.  He is survived by his widow, his mother and several brothers and sisters.  The funeral will be held from his late home Wednesday afternoon at 1:30, Rev. Strayer, of the Woodland U.B. church officiating.  Interment in Spring Valley cemetery.  F.B. Leavy, funeral director.

IN MEMORIAM - WISOR:  In loving memory of Orvis Wisor who passed away one year ago today, April 18th.
His cheery ways and pleasant face are a pleasure to recall,
He had a kindly word for each and died beloved by all.
Someday we hope to meet him.
To clasp his hand in the better land,
Never to part again.
Sadly missed by wife, sons and grandchildren.

WOODLAND - Funeral services for Orvis Wisor, 78, of Woodland R.D. (Pine Top), will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the Spring Valley EUB Church with the Rev. John McClimans officiating.  Interment will be in Spring Valley Cemetery.  In yesterdays obituary, Mr. Wisors wife, the former Annie Goss, was inadvertently listed as the former Annie Gross.  He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  Friends may call in the Bennett Funeral Home this afternoon and evening and until 11 a.m. tomorrow; thereafter in the church from noon until the hour of service.

WOODLAND - Orvis Wisor, 78, of Woodland R.D. (Pine Top) died yesterday at 3:45 a.m. in the Philipsburg State General Hosptial. Mr. Wisor and his wife, the former Annie Gross, operated a general store at Pine Top since 1929. He retired from Harbison-Walker Refractories Company in 1953.  A member of the Spring Valley EUB Church he served as treasurer and Sunday School teacher fro many years.  A son of the late John and Martha (Hummel) Wisor, he was born at Woodland Jan 14, 1888.  Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Howard and Clyde, both of Woodland R.D. and Arthur, West Decatur: seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren: and the following brothers and sisters:  Sheridan Wisor, West Decatur; Sherman Wisor and Mrs. Gertrude Wisor, both of West Decatur R.D.; Mrs. Blanche Pearce, Hoboken, N.J.; Mrs. Kate Davis, Clearfield; and Mrs. Susie Smeal, Bellefonte.  Two sons and two daughters are deceased.  Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Spring Valley EUB Church with the Rev. John McClimans officiating.  Interment will be in the Spring Valley Cemetery.  Friends will be received in the Bennett Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today and until 11 a.m. Thursday; thereafter in the church from noon until the hour of service.
