     graduated from Lafayette College, NJ in 1905; taught one year at the
Friend's Academy, Locust Valley, NY; then to Wall Street, where he was quite
successful. At the time of his death, he managed the brokerage house of Harvey
Fisk & Son. His death certificate says he died of acute alcoholism. Secondary
cause is listed as Heart attack. Son-in-law Clifford H. Neilson remembers that
in anticipation of Prohibition, he purchased a liquor store and moved the
contents to his basement.

accomplished pianist ans was employed as a piano teacher in a girls school in
CT.  She inherited a substantial estate upon the death of her husband in 1926.
Unfortunately she lost much of this in the stockmarket crash of OCT 1929 and
vertually all the rest speculating in the stockmarket in the late 1930's.  In
1939, she went to live with her daughter, Janet Neilson. There she died of
