people that ever belonged to me be entirely free whenever the laws of the land
will allow it; until which time my executors I leave as guardians to protect
them and see that they be not deprived of their rights or any way misused". He
left 6 minor childre, Abgial moved with her children and son-in-law Aaron Brown
to Ohio.9
