      NY after service for 5 yrs; later emp by American Phospate Co of Phila. &
      rem to Mt Pleasant, TN, where he md; parents & wife accompanied him to
      Denver, Phoenix & El Paso, when his health failed; his wife died the same
      month, leaving a 2 week old son, Henry Austin Cotton, JR; a double funeral
      was held in Meadville, PA
