A rough translation may be understood as: "Belongs to the son Carl August Gahm of Ristorp, ___26 December 1860, ___ the _____ received at _____ _______ ________ for Christmas, the same year. C. A. Gahm." This may indicate that the family lived on a farmlet named Gahm, and that the farm was located in a place named Ristorp. No location has been found that matches this description as of yet.
