Found in the 1900 and 1910 censuses of Contra Costa County, California with his wife and family and his mother-in-law, Mary A. Syphus.

(1860 census has her listed as "Martin", female but it appers very hard to read and her name is shown in the Panaca Ward records thou she was deceased.

Her parents were sealed in the Endowment House on 9 Aug 1861 and probably this child was sealed to them at that time.  (Found out that no children were sealed to their parents in the Endowment House and so the sealing to parent must be done - 1992.)

Panaca, Nevada Ward records show a child, born in Ogden, Utah, as being excepted a member of that ward in 1871. She was a member of the church at that time.  The record was torn and the film of it has the tear thus no full record of this child.
