Jozsef KOLINA

                   NAME:  In Peter's orginal records, Jozsef's name was listed as Bella Bezevice.  Peter's cousin, June McKee sent information in Nov 2009 that gave his name as Jozsef.

Notes from June McKee:
I do have some information on Joseph Kolina's father which is also a Jozsef, my g-gf and your gg-gf.
I have found the Parish Records for Jozsef's marriage to Maria Harkabusz in 1865. Jozsef was a furrier which is a Taylor that worked with furs. I found His business listing in the village directory in 1861 and the death register which he died in 1899. I know what year he was born or within a year or so because of the death records. Jozsef would have been born abt. 1839 in Pechujfalu, Hungary which is now present day Pecovska Nova Ves, Slovakia. I also have various other information on his siblings and also the birth registers of their 12 children. 
As for my Grandfather Joseph I have the birth register from the parish of Epjeres which is now Presov, Ship Manifest which I am almost 100% sure it is the right one. The Alien Registration form and Death Certificate. Census 1910, 1920 and 1930.
I have spent 10 years so far and endless hours researching to get what I have but still need blanks filled in. I am at a real dead end with my grandmother Meri Boldizar which was his wife. I have her naturalization papers and all that goes with it but they are really hard to read. I think I have the village down but don't have alot else. I have sent off so many times to Ny, immigration and other places spending money every time for them to do a search for Joseph and Meri's Marriage but no luck. Of course I know Meri's birth and death dates but don't have the birth register being you can not easily get information in the Ukraine. Any films that I would check out are in Cyrillic. My mom remembers some of the Russian but cant read the Cyrillic.
