Langley, Oda Blanche-73, Dartmouth, formerly of Tancook Island, died April 29, 1993, in Dartmouth General Hosp. Born on Tancook Island, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Laliah (Stevens) Hutt. She was a member of Tancook United Baptist Church and very active in church work. She is survived by two daughters, Peggy (Mrs. Robert Langille), Tancook Island; Elaine (Mrs. Gordon Wilson)., Dartmouth; son Elden Heisler. Montreal; brother, Cecil, Toronto; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; many neices and nephews. She was predeceased by two husbands Howard Heisler, Alvah (Tip) Langley; sister Sadie Young; sever brothers, Denzil, Calvin, George, Borden, Ivan, Clarence, Eriin. Visitation will be 2-6p.m. today in Davis Funeral Home, Chester. Funeral will be 2pm Sunday in Tancook Island Baptist Church, Rey/Ardyth Ashe officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tancook Island Baptist Church. Ferry service for Tancook Island will leave Chester 10am Sunday, returning at 5pm.
