Notes:
NOTES: Various sets of information have been given for Frank Otto, though none have been verified at this point. Albert Otto also could not be confirmed as a son of this couple, though it is a probable connection. It appears he married twice, his second spouse had two children, with only one living, which appears to be Charles. Further research is needed.

Notes:
When Frank was 17 or 18 years old he went with a friend to New York City. While there, they saw a table on the street, with soliders around it. So, they both signed on to the United States Cavalry Frank was given his hideous blue uniform and shipped-- probably by train-- to Arizona. There he fought the Native Americans from 1880 till 1885, under General Tupper, in General Winsloe's division. They fought Geronimo and the Apaches at Hatchet Mountain. ~~ Maxine Lee Adams (Raney) 15 July, 2001 (phone conversation) Frank was a Masonite (lodge number 802 "S&AM" (means??) He was buried in "Woodlawn." (means?) ~~ newspaper clipping given to Maxine Lee Adams
