                   I found him on a 1850 Census.  Parents are Garrett and Selviner or  Sylvania.  The name above his is probably a brother.  Abram Fero is probably Garretts brother who is listed the family above in the census.  Joel Parcel Fero is listed as Jack it look like.  It maybe his name he goes by.

He was buried in the Hope Cemetary, Campbell, Steuben, New York
