                   I have two death dates for Christian.  One comes from Kathy's research.  The other came from the Funk family articals we got from the man in Aspen.

I put him as being sealed to his parents on the date 14 Jul 1970, as all the other siblings were sealed that day.  Kathy had put it as his ss date.  Probably a type-o.

Buried in Delps Graveyard, Near Harleysville.

In the Funk Book he is Reverend Christian Funk.  He was a great patriot of the USA.   Mennonites were neural and he was for America.  His group split off and became Funkites.  Some of the Mennonites migrated to Canada so they could remain faithful to William Penn who helped them come here and the English.  During the war they sold there goods to both sides.  This didn't make them to loved by the Americans.
