His nick name was "Uncle Dick".  He was killed by his brother, William Harvey
Sewell, at Milton Sewell's Cotton Gin.  They both worked there and an arguement
over some cotton seeds  Benjamin was taking to Newnan led to Harvey shooting
Uncle Dick of the wagon with a shot gun.
