    In a deed, dated 5 March 1833, James G. Oliver gave to his children James, Mary, John, Hannah, Elizabeth, Sarah, and Macy, twelve slaves. These wer probably children of his wife, Charity; and this deed was made in Jones County, North Carolina, and just before he moved to Dooly County, Georgia.
