                   Birth:  Copy of a 1949 letter from Dorothy Jane GUNSON Neighbor to
Shirley Rae GUNSON showing the 24 Dec 1903 birth of John Theodore
GUNSON at 6 a.m., the date extracted from a family Bible.  Evidence #13.

A 30 Oct 1967 letter from William Arthur GUNSON to Ethel Louise WILDE
Gunson stating that William was born in Silver Plume and then his
parents moved to Denver.  Evidence #45.  Since John was born after
William, and it is consistent with oral family history, John was born in
Denver.

Colorado Department of Health searched their records and could not find
a certificate of birth for John Theodore GUNSON, Denver, December 24,
1903.  Evidence #53

Marriage:  15 Jan 1980 County Clerk certified copy of the County of
Davis, State of Utah, Marriage License of the 02 Jul 1927 marriage of
John Theodore GUNSON and Ethel Louise WILDE at Farmington, Davis
County, Utah.  Evidence #40.

Death:  15 Jan 1980 Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder certified
copy of the State of California Department of Public Health Certificate
of Death of the 22 Dec 1962 death of John Theodore GUNSON, at El Monte,
Los Angeles County, California.  Informant Ethel L. [WILDE] Gunson stated
that John was born 24 Dec 1903, at Colorado, to George GUNSON
(birthplace: Ireland) and Eliza SHERRIN (birthplace: Ireland).  The
certificate states that the cause of death was "Arteriosclerotic
coronary artery oclusion."  Evidence #37.
