Notes:
There is a question about this person. Mrs. Peaco's account says that Mary Robeson's sister married Lord Gambier, Admiral in the British Navy: we find a record, in the PA Archives of Elinor Robinson, to Samuel Gambier in 1759, and are inclinded to think that this was the sister of Mary. Mr. Peter Robeson in a partial record of the "Robeson" family, gives "Sarah" as the name of Mary's sister who married Lord Gambier, but he also gives "Samuel" as the name of Mary's father, that being incorrect, the name "Sarah" may be also.
