                   I also had a birthdate of 1834. There is a Daniel Heilman who married a Barbara Haar, 24 Aug 1858 at the parsonage. Record in the St. Johns register.
I got the wife's name from the census. They were living in Paradise Township in 1870.
Headstone stated that he was 71 - 5- 14.
1900 - living in Berwick, Adams, PA.    No children with them.  He was a toll gate keeper.

1900 - census said she had 6 children, 5 living. That would match with the 1910 census.

Barbara Heilman, widow of Jeremiah (????) Heilman, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jeremiah Lillich, near Abbottstown, Monday evening at 7:30 o'clock, from infirmities, aged 79 years, 8 months and 15 days. She is survived by 5 children: Mrs. Wm Hoffman, Hanover; Mrs. A.H. Rodgers, Abbottstown; Mrs. Jeremiah Lillich, Mrs. John Stambaugh, Stambaugh's store, and Mrs. Bert A. Ruth, near Pine Run; Also one brother, Valentime Haar, Maple Church.
Funeral Thurs. Morning at 10 o'clock at the house, followed by further services at the Lutheran Church, Abbottstown; interment in the adjoining cemetery, Rev. F.C. Sternat officiating.

Mrs. Prudence Hoffman, wife of william H. Hoffman, died Monday at her home in Hanover, aged 65 years. Death was due to a complication of diseases. Mrs. Hoffman was a daughter of the late Daniel and Barbara (Haar) Heilman. Surviving are her husband and four daughters and two sons as follows: Mrs. Laura Bowers, Mrs. William Legore, Mrs. Roy Stouffer, Mrs. Paul Arentz, Harry Hoffman, and George Hoffman, all of Hanover; together with four sisters as follows: Mrs. Henry Rodgers, VA; Mrs. Jeremiah Lillich, Abbottstown; Mrs. John Stambuagh, Stambaugh's store, and Mrs. Bert Ruth, Abbottstown. Funeral Thurs morning at Abbottstown Lutheran Church. Interment in the Lutheran cemetery, Abbottstown.

Mrs. Elizabeth Heilman Rodgers, wife of A.H. Rodgers, Abbottstown, R.D. 1. died Wed at the age of 77 years. She was a daughter of Daniel and Barbara Haar Heilman, and was born January 12, 1865. Surviving are her husband, 7 children, Mrs. Margie Hoke; with whom she made her home; Ammom Rodgers and Mrs. Claude Auchey, Hanover R.D. 1; Mrs. Charles Baker, Earl Rodgers and Leroy Rodgers, Abbottstown, and Clarence Rodgers, New Oxford; 59 grandchildren,  30 great grandchildren, and 2 sisters, Mrs. Jennie Lillich, Abbottstown, and Mrs. John Stambaugh, Hanover. The funeral will be held Sat afternoon, with short services conducted at the home, and further services in the Lutheran Church at Abbottstown. Burial willl be made in the Lutheran church.

She was a daughter of the late Daniel and Barbara Haar Heilman. Her husband died Apr 11, 1930. Surviving are four children, William Stambaugh, Daniel A. Stambaugh, Mrs. Howard Markle, Hanover, and Clayton E. Stambaugh, with whom she resided, 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran church. Mrs. Clara Heilman Lillich, 77, died Wed evening at the home of her son, George W. Lillich, Abbottstown. She had been in failing health since Feb 22 1946. A widow of the late Jermiah H. Lillich, who preceded her in death 12 days ago, and a daughter of the late Daniel and Barbara (Haar) Heilman, she was born Feb 1. 1870.
Surviving are one son, George, one sister, Mrs. Lydia Stambaugh, Third street, Hanover.
Service on Sat afternoon at the Lillich residence. Interment in MT. Olive cemetery, Abbottstown.
The pallbearers were: Harry Hoffman, George Hoffman, William Stambaugh, Daniel Stambaugh, Leroy Rodgers and Warl Rodgers.

Lester Hoover, with whom she resided, and three sisters, Mrs. Henry Rogers, Abbottstown; Mrs. Lydia Stambaugh, Berwick township, and Mrs. Jeremiah Lillich, Abbottstown.
Funeral Sunday afternoon with services conducted at the home at 1:30. Further services in the Lutheran Church, ABbottstown. Burial in the Lutheran Cemetery, Abbottstown.
