                   Father came from Scotland. Went from Scotland to Ireland in 1612. He came to America in 1719. This John came to America when he was a young man. He settled in NH, 40 miles North of Boston. He called the place Londonderry, after the old home in Ireland. He cut the first tree, and built the first house in that town.
