Notes:
In 1846, the 1st assessment list of Blair County lists a James W. Robeson. I don't know if this is him. (Written in book by Horace.) There are some reports that his brother John and he settled in White County, TENN. James married in TENN, but nothing is known of this family.
Another account has a birthdate between 1770 - 1773 (Kings Meadow).
Monroe County was formerly Greenbrier.
I think the name changed to Robinson.
