Christian and Elias Eyster (father and son) were both privates in 2nd battalion 5th Company, York Co. Troops under captain Emanuel Herman. (Spanglers Annals p 424- St. Johns Library, PA, Archives, Vol 2, series 6, p 618 of Harrisburg.
