                   He was always interested in the iron industry. His wife and children died beforehe did, and he left his estate to his step-children of whom he was very fond. Ifit everyone in except for a step-grandson Capt.William Luke - who had 5 children, and to another step-grandson Samuel Volans. They were probably children of Mary and Elizabeth (don't know last names). Samuel is assessed  in Lancaster County in 1787, on 100 acres of land.
