Buried in a cemetery in Fort Jefferson, OH. After marrying Margaret, moved to Birmingham,PA. and then to Montgomery County, Ohio, near Dayton, where they lived until 1832, when they went to Butler Township,Darke County, Ohio, and settled atthe section called the "Beach". He was a shoemaker. Was in the war of 1812.

George Caldwell, after marrying Margaret Robeson, moved to Birmingham, PA. and thence to Montgomery County, Ohio (near Dayton), where they lived until 1832, when they went to Butler Township, Darke County, Ohio. He was a shoemaker by trade and followed his profession until his death. I had a death date of 1874, but used the IGI date. I also had a death place of Greenville, OH, but again used the IGI file info. (This info - not used was from the Kings Meadow).
Andrew Robeson Calderwood began his business career as a carpenter, but afterward became a teacher. I also have a birthdate of Sep 12, 1818.
1860 - she was MJ Williams. Widowed by 1880. 1900 - she had 8 children, 4 alive. George W. Alonzo,
James R. Calderwood was a carpenter and millwright, but for many years preceding his death he was a prosperous farmer. I had a birthdate of 1822, but IGI had this one.
He married Margaret Robeson 14 Sep 1811 at Huntingdon, Huntingdon, Pennsylvania . Margaret Robeson was born at Birmingham, Huntingdon, Pennsylvania 28 May 1792 daughter of Andrew Robeson and Rosamond Dennis .
