Samuel Moore ROBESON
I also have a birthdate of 23 Dec. 1840. I took the one from " 20th Century History of Altoona and Blair County, PA. and Representative Citizens", by Jesse C. Sell. 1911. It states that he was a well known dairyman residing on his farm of 22 acres in Allegheny Township, near Robeson's Corners, Blair County, PA. He accompanied his parents in his boyhood, to Woodbury Township, and from there, in 1852, to Allegheny Township. There he grew to manhood, attending the township schools, and then devoting himself to mainly dairying, his land being particularly well adalpted to this industry. For 12 years he was foreman for his brother John C. Robeson, who operated a saw mill. He was a Republican. He was well known all over Blair County and was equally familiar with its people and localities. "Anyone who has spent as many years as he did hauling logs over the mountains in the early days, is entitled to speak authoritatively of the wonderful changes which have taken place in Blair County in an ordinary lifetime. He was the first partyto haul a monument into the cemetery at Altoona". Horace had his Residence: Dell Delight, Hollidaysburg, PA. Cemetery records have a birthdate of 1841. Temple work done under Robinson. In the 1910 census in Alleghany Township, Blair, PA. Was mentioned in Robert Irwin Robeson's obituary. He was living in Hollidaysburgat the time.

History of Blair and Huntingdon County stated that she lived in Blair Township. Horaced stated she resided at: Dell Delight, Hollidaysburg, PA.
Name could also be Sarah. Died before all of her brothers and sisters, except possibly Mary. Or it could be Sally and her are the same.
This could possibly be Sadie/Sarah. This is who is in the cemetery, in the family plot.
