                   Elijah Babbitt Jr. Resided at Sharon N.Y. from 1793 to 1801. In 1792 he was at Chatham, Conn. In 1815 he was living at Ovid, Seneca County, NY. He was a
sailor and privatier in the revolutionary war. Also was a lieutenant in the
service. His widow drew a pension for his service. After the war he commanded
Merchant Marine Vessels between parts of New England and the West Indies.
It also says he was from Reboth, B., MA. He was reportedly 92 years old when he died.
