Erma S. Auchey Schott, 80 of Rebert's Retirement Home, Honver, formerly of Penn St. Hanover, died Sunday Feb 14, in the Brethern Home, New Oxford.
Born Jul 17, 1918, in Wrightsville, she was a daughter of the late Cyrus M. and Amanda Jane Malehorn Lehigh. She was predeceased by her first husband, Claude H.Auchey, and her second husband, Howard N. Schott.
A licensed practical nurse, Mrs. Schott was a private-duty home caregiver for 20years in teh Hanover area. She was a member of St. John;s Lutheran Church. Littlestown, and teh AARP.
She is survivd by 7 sons, James Auchey of Austin, TX; Larry Auchey, of Littlestown; Ronald Auchey of ephrata; Clair  Auchey, of Lady Lake, FL; Richard Auchey, of New Oxford; David Auchey of Havnoer; and Steven Auchey of Fairbanks, ALA; two daughters, Victoria Miller, of spring Grove; and Cynthia Thomas, of Dothan, Alabama; 22 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren; two brothers and 4 sisters. She was predeceased by son Donald Auchey.
Funeral services will be Feb 18 at St.Johns. Interment in the Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover.
